Rethinking Convenience
Convenience got a bad name because it usually meant compromise. It doesn't have to. Real food can be fast.

Somewhere, 'convenient' became a synonym for 'processed beyond recognition.' A protein bar with 40 ingredients. A shake that tastes like the inside of a factory.
We wanted to ask a different question: what if convenience just meant removing the friction between you and a real meal? Not replacing the food — removing the work.
Our rice is cooked and dried so it rehydrates instantly in warm water. Butter beans are butter beans. Dutch cocoa is Dutch cocoa. The convenience is in the preparation, not the ingredients.
Fast and real aren't opposites. We just forgot, because for so long fast meant fake.
Convenience should remove friction, not food.
