What We Collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us — your email address when you join the waitlist or newsletter, and any optional details you share in the Find Your Fit advisor or contact form. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
How We Use It
Your email is used to send you updates about Batch 001 availability, occasional journal notes, and replies to your messages. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Email Communications
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of the waitlist or newsletter at any time without affecting your spot — just reply to any email and we'll handle it.
Data Retention
We keep your email on file until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe. To request deletion of your data, email hello@goplena.com and we'll remove it within 30 days.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Contact hello@goplena.com with any of these requests and we'll respond within two business days.
